Return Policy
Returns:
We want you to love your items as much as we do! You can return any item, for any reason*, within 7 days of receiving the product. Please email us at support@johnnyshades.com for a return authorization number and return instructions.

*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All accessories must be returned, if missing a restock fee of 20% will be applied.
Be sure to keep the tracking number for your return until you receive a refund confirmation email.

Products with obvious signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have yet to receive your refund, check with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping:
The buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchanges:
For exchanges, please email us at support@johnnyshades.com for instructions and availability. You may have to pay a small fee for the additional shipping charges that are required to send you an exchange.
Warranty:
All sunglasses come with a three month limited warranty against defects.
