We offer FREE worldwide shipping!
- USPS First Class: $0 usually takes 2-7 business days depending on location. Please note this does not include the 1-2 business days we need to process your order.
- USPS Priority Mail: $5.99 usually takes 1-3 business days depending on location. Please note this does not include the 1 business day we need to process your order.
- All orders placed after 9AM MST will begin processing the next business day.
- $0 no tracking. (USPS IPA International Priority Mail) All items are guaranteed to arrive.
$7.99 per order flat rate, any amount of items, with tracking (Tracks to the following countries only! : Australia, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Gibraltar, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, New Zealand, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland) Please note this is not for faster delivery time, this fee is for a trackable shipping option. *Please note we are unable to refund trackable shipping if the service was completed regardless to return or refund reason.
- International orders typically arrive within 2-3 weeks, however, can and often do take up to 4 weeks and occasionally longer. If your package has not arrived within 5 weeks of shipment, please email us at email@example.com.
"Are there Duty/Tax fees?"
- International shipments may be subject to additional duties and taxes, which are the buyers responsibility. Please contact your local customs office to determine if duty amounts apply.
- There is only sales tax if your address is in Arizona.
"Why did I not receive the case shown in the product photos?
- Every product that is photographed with a case will come with a case but may not be the exact one photographed. We cannot guarantee any specific case for any item.
"How do I know you are legitimate?"
- We have been in business since 2004 and we've have sold over 500,000 pairs of sunglasses since then! We also accept PayPal, which covers you 100% in the event there is any problem with your order. We also stock all of the items we sell, we don't drop ship your orders, we hand pick and pack every single item in our warehouse, within two days of your order (Monday-Friday) Please read our user reviews and feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions. We will take care of any problem or concern, as our promise to you!
"Is my order secure?"
- We accept PayPal, the best buyer protected online payment system in the world. If you have any problems whatsoever, please contact us, we promise to take care of any problem you may have. If we don't, or any online seller does not, simply file a claim through PayPal and your funds will be refunded in full if your item does not arrive for any reason.
"What is your return/damaged item policy?"
- We guarantee all items to arrive safe and undamaged, or we will replace an no charge to you. You can return any item for any reason. Please email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number. You can also view our return policy here.
"What is your warranty?"
- We work with some of the best overseas manufacturers, and stand by the high quality of our products. All items have a three month warranty. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any warranty claims. Venom items have a limited lifetime warranty (details on included warranty card). Damage package claims must be submitted within 72 hours of receipt to qualify for refunds or non-manufacturing warranty replacements.
"What payment methods do you accept?"
- We accept all major credit cards through Shopify payments, as well as PayPal, Amazon pay and others. We recommend PayPal for 100% buyer protection. We do not offer cash on delivery.
"I haven't received my order in over a year, can I get a replacement?"
- If you have not received your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Unfortunately, any time after 1 month for USA orders and 3 months for international orders, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.
"When will my order ship?"
- If your are located in the U.S, delivery time can take up to 5-7 business days plus an extra 1-2 business days for your order to process. If you are located internationally, delivery time can take up to 2-4 weeks due to possible custom delays plus an extra 1-2 business days for your order to process. If your package has not arrived within 5 weeks of shipment, please email us at email@example.com.
"My package was marked as delivered, but I haven't received it."
- USA: If tracking states your package has been delivered, we suggest you check with your neighbors to see if the package was accidentally miss-delivered. If the package has not shown up, we highly suggest filing a claim with USPS. If by then no solution can be reached, please contact us again and we will see what we can do for you. *Please note if you provide an incorrect address you are responsible for the cost of shipping.
- International: If tracking states your package has been delivered, we suggest you check with your local postal office, as they may be holding your package due to possible duty and tax fees.
"Can I change my order?"
- We start working on your order as soon as we get it, unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
"Where can I purchase your products?"
